Mark Redinger – Chief Executive Officer and President
Mark’s interest in the car industry is home grown, both his father and his grandfather were active in
the trade and he enjoyed attending auto auctions with his father from a very early age. Mark is a
graduate of the University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario and the London School of
Economics. He has practiced law since 2001, first in Toronto and later in Europe and Asia. Mark,
together with Bryan founded Quantum in 2011.
Bryan Redinger – Chief Financial Officer, CPA CA
Bryan is a certified car nut and caught the car bug at a very young age. He is a trained Chartered
Accountant and spent most of his career in public practice, primarily focusing on owner-managed
businesses and not for profit organizations. In 2007 his passion for cars led him to switch his focus to
the automotive industry and he joined the automotive group at a mid-size accounting firm in
Toronto. This switch allowed Bryan to get a formal education as to how the automotive industry
really works. In addition, Bryan was previously involved in the creation and development of
automotive lease transfer internet site. In mid-2012, Bryan made the switch from public practice and
became the Chief Operating Officer of QDFC+ and recently became Chief Financial Officer.
Gus Ford – Chief Operating Officer
Gus joined the management team of QDFC+ in January 2015 to oversee operations in Ontario and
Nova Scotia. Gus has over 17 years’ experience in the motor vehicle industry in both Canada and
abroad. In 2006 Gus joined the first non-auction associated floor planner in Canada which focused
exclusively on stand-alone used dealers eventually moving into operations management; in 2013
Gus was part of the transition team which combined the flooring operations with a stand-alone
retail Sub-Prime Lease platform. Gus’ focus and specialties are geared towards client management
through increasing efficiencies and continued business system development. He was promoted to
Chief Operating Officer in January 2019 where he continues to focus on the growth of the business
including markets outside of Ontario.
Sonia Chanana, Senior Client Account Director
Sonia graduated from Northwood University, Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration,
majoring in management. In 2009 she joined the first non-auction associated floor planner in Canada which focused exclusively on stand-alone used car dealers. Sonia has a proven track record of customer service and increasing sales. Sonia joined Quantum in 2016.
Elmer Zuniga, Asset Realization
Elmer has a strong history and passion for the car business. He has worked in all areas of a car
dealership and understands what it takes to operate a dealership. Elmer joined the team to assist in
valuation work of our underlying security and help with recoveries where necessary.
